Shipping Policy:
Orders received before 11:00 AM (PST) will ship the same day. Order received after 11:00 AM (PST) will ship the following day. Orders received on the weekends will be shipped on the following Monday.
Orders are shipped using UPS; ground shipment customers should allow 5-7 business days to receive your order. Please note: Rural route areas may also take an additional 2-3 days for delivery.
In the event that UPS charges BowlersWherehouse.com an additional charge for rural locations/routes, BowlersWherehouse.com reserves the right to charge the customer the same additional charge.
Using the UPS dropdown menu you can select different shipping methods. Rates are calculated based on your zip code.
UPS guarantees Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3-Day Select deliveries only.
Unfortunately, UPS does not deliver to APO/FPO postal codes.
Once your item/s is shipped you will receive via email a tracking number to follow your shipment to your door. If you have any questions about your order, please contact customerservice@bowlerswherehouse.com, with your invoice number shown in the order confirmation email.
At this time BowlersWherehouse.com does not accept International orders. We do not accept COD orders or purchases by checks.
Returns:
All Products: Customers may return or exchange products within 30 days of delivery. Customers must contact BowlersWherehouse.com for an RMA number (Return Material Authorization) before returning any items. Customers can return or exchange items that are in new condition, including its original packaging. Exchanges will only be for the same identical item.
Bowling shoes: Customers please try on your new pair of shoes on dry surface, free of any debris before checking for fit. BowlersWherehouse.com will NOT be able to exchange shoes that have been used in any way, including worn on the lanes. Bowling shoes will have to be in brand new condition as they were shipped to you, in order to be returned or exchanged.
BowlersWherehouse.com requires a copy of the original invoice be included with all returned items.
BowlersWherehouse.com items can only be exchanged for the same item. The item must be in new condition, including its original packaging.
BowlersWherehouse.com returns that are not the result of a BowlersWherehouse.com error, there will be a 15% item restocking charge.
BowlersWherehouse.com returns that are due to an error on our part, we will send a UPS call tag to pickup the wrong items and re-ship the correct item/s immediately. BowlersWherehouse.com will pay for the shipping.
If at anytime BowlersWherehouse.com offers any discontinued and /or close-out items, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for these items.
Any items being returned to BowlersWherehouse.com that is in its original manufacturer's packaging/box, which has been written on with a permanent marker or other, taped over, including shipping and/or any labels which are permanently attached are not resalable.
BowlersWherehouse.com will not accept these items and will be returned to the customer without a refund.
BowlersWherehouse.com will refund or exchange an item/s only after it has been received into our facility, inspected and approved to be in satisfactory condition.

BowlersWherehouse.com items are all covered by each respective manufacturers including their terms and conditions.
If your product was received damaged or defective and needs to be replaced please follow the instructions below:
Send an email to customerservice@bowlerswherehouse.com with a picture of the damaged or defective item. If possible, include a picture of the shipping box of the item was damaged during shipping. Please reference your name, order number and phone number in your email to us.
If you are not able to email us a picture please advise this in your email for further instructions.
